The bios dumps that you posted are clean bios versions with Configured (clean) CSME firmware. If those are what you read from the bios chips it means that the laptop has not booted far enough to be able to read the bios code, because after reading it will write the non volatile ram and the CSME firmware will write to its partitions and become Initialised and married to the PCH.
If you have the original bios backups post them. If you don`t have the originals sort out the hardware problems first, when you get it to boot into the bios then you can sort out your DMI with the lenovo U1 DMI tool.Comment

Yes, i flash the bios, then i use U1 key updater, and after couple of restarts, the bios is not working again...

Hi,
I'm having a problem with a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 16ITH6H (PF2RC9BN) laptop. It powers on and the keyboard lights up, but there is no display. We had this issue before and it has happened again, but unfortunately we did not keep a copy of the working BIOS.
There is also an odd issue where the laptop does this once every three months.Attached FilesPremium supporters get full download access and other benefits.

Hello everyone,
I’m fairly new to BIOS/firmware topics and I’m facing an issue with my Lenovo Legion 5 15ITH6H laptop.
Device details:- Model: Legion 5 15ITH6H
- S/N: PE09EVFP
Issue:
The laptop was working normally, but after being powered off for a long period, it started showing a white screen with the message “Device Freeze”, without much additional information.
After discussing with some friends, one hypothesis is that this might be related to Absolute/Computrace (possibly triggered after long inactivity or some kind of remote lock).
Questions:- Is this “Device Freeze” screen typically related to Absolute/Computrace on this model?
- Is it possible to resolve this by reflashing the BIOS and/or EC?
- If yes, which dumps/files would be needed (BIOS dump, EC dump, serial, UUID, etc.)?
- Is there any significant risk of bricking the motherboard during this procedure?
If anyone has experience with this model or this specific issue, I’d really appreciate guidance on the safest way to proceed.
Thank you in advance.

Update:
I was able to obtain the dumps from the laptop.
I have attached a ZIP archive containing the following files:- full dump (24 MB)
- BIOS region (16 MB)
- MB/EC dump (8 MB)
All files were read directly from the device and packaged together for analysis.
Please let me know if any additional dumps or formats are required.
Thank you.

I attempted to reflash the BIOS using Intel FPT, but the write operation failed with:
Try, BIOS extracted from Lenovo website, DMI inserted
Legion 5-15ITH6H Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 82MH
S/N PE09EVFP
MTM 82MH0000BR
BIOS ver. H1CN58WW

Flash only the 16MB chip (BIOS region), leave the 8MB (Descriptor + ME region) intact, as laptop is working
Also Format SSD and reinstall Windows
Error 167: Protected Range Registers are currently set
So it appears the SPI flash is write-protected on this platform.
Read/dump operations work correctly (I was able to obtain full, BIOS and MB regions), but any write attempt is blocked.
Before proceeding with a hardware programmer (CH341A), I’d like to ask:
Is there any known method to bypass PRR/BIOS Lock on the Legion 5 15ITH6H (11th gen)?
Any EFI/GRUB setup_var or SMI unlock known for this model/series?
Or is external SPI programming the only viable option here?

You may try this to write only BIOS region:
The ME region is write protected of course according to UEFIToolCode:fptw64.exe -BIOS -F "H1CN58WW 16MB fsmtech.bin"
but if that doesn't work then you have to use the SPI programmer, it's the most reliable optionCode:BIOS access table: Read Write Desc No No BIOS Yes Yes ME No No GbE No No PDR No NoComment

by grimacelordHello there.
I am working on a Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 desktop that currently has a corrupt BIOS and I have been unsuccessful thus far in trying to fix it myself.
History:
1. This computer came to me initially with an error message that said "BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001" or "0135 fan error". It would always be one of the two errors. It should be noted that when it produced the fan error, there was no physical problem with the fans. They were all spinning just fine.
I searched for this error online and discovered...-

by TopPopSorry for the long story. I have a Dell Latitude 5530 (i7) laptop (South Peak 15 MLK MB DDR4 203102-1 FK8VG$JA) with an admin BIOS password that I want to remove. Service Tag: HYKFPT3. Other than that the laptop worked OK.
I found a CH341A Black and went looking for the BIOS chip on the motherboard. After trying to read one chip that was a firmware chip but not the BIOS I think I found the BIOS chip labeled Winbond 25Q256JVEN. Altogether I think I found 4 different firmware chips in the laptop. The BIOS chip is a WSON8 6x8. I used the CH341A, NeoProgrammer, and a cheap pogo pin clip... -
by piratiHello everyone,
I recently bought a non-working Asus Zenbook Pro Duo OLED UX8402ZA that was listed for parts only. The seller mentioned that it had no display output but that the charging lights worked.
When the laptop arrived (without a charger and SSD), I connected a charger and confirmed with a multimeter that it was charging the battery. However, when I tried to power it on, only the backlight of the secondary display came on. There was no image, and it didn’t boot into the BIOS.
I decided to try flashing a new BIOS, but since I didn’t want to desolder...-
