Dell Inspiron 14 5425 bios needed

I'm having the same 2,5 error code, is there any way you can check the BIOS file again to see if there's a problem? I flashed my original BIOS back on and my original BIOS doesn't have any light codes. Only with the 'fixed' BIOS file.

So here is a dump of the chip that works. I can't use it though because it prompts me with a Clear TPM message on every boot, and no matter if I choose Yes or No, the message happens on every boot. The customer will not accept this.

I need the Windows key, Service Tag, and TPM (if able), from the NotWorkingBIOS file, to be transferred into to the WorkingBIOS file.

Service Tag should be 7ZPTJS3.

Ok I figured out how to transfer the Windows key and Service Tag over to a working BIOS.

I took the BIOS bin file in Post #43.

I then opened that file in HxD and searched for the text "DTAG" without quotes to find where the service tag is, then deleted the old Service Tag and pasted my Service Tag in.

For the Windows key, I searched for the Hex value "010000000000000001000000000000001d000000" without quotes. Same process.

I then saved and flashed the new BIN file to the chip and resoldered it to the customer's board. Works great but they're going to have to know what their BitLocker key is since I don't know how the TPM can be transferred over or if it can.

Is the .bin file you have uploaded specific to this owner's Service Tag and shouldn't be used on other models that are the same with a different Service Tag?
