Dell Inspiron 14 5425 bios needed

Hello Everyone! I need your help , please. Thanks in advance.
My laptop Dell Inspiron 14 5425 – Ryzen 4000 Series , made an update by Windows Update I think , and it's broken , only lights up the keyboard then restarts in loop , also the fan is spinning very fast. I go to 2 services here in Romania in my zone and they say the cpu is faulty and another one say the 19V rail it's broken. Also the ticket from Dell says to replace the motherboard. I think it is the bios , I buyed a CH341 and extracted an 8MB bin file , I'm attaching here to you.
Details from the backcover are:

Thank you for your time , only thing is changed after i flashed with CH341 is the keyboard light blinks but no imagine , also the cpu is not going hot with this file. (

Sorry about that. The computer turns on but the screen is black and won't display anything. I believe it to be a corrupted BIOS file and would like to get a new file that I can write to my chip.

Thank you, I flashed it today and the symptoms changed. Now it get 2 amber, 5 white light, which indicates a RAM issue. I cleaned the contacts and tried different RAM sticks but the light code remains. Removing the RAM complete gives me a different light code. Perhaps it wasn't a BIOS issue.

I flashed this BIOS onto the chip and resoldered it to the board, but it causes the system to give a 2,5 error code which is "Invalid Memory Installed."

I have another BIOS chip which POSTs just fine but the customer wants their Windows key and Service Tag preserved.
