Thank you, I flashed my SPI ROM with the file you provided and it went through a BIOS update screen and went back to the same lock screen after it was completed....

I have a HP ProBook 650 G8 with a message stating "Devicefreeze-9" and states that it's reported lost/stolen.
Anyway to remove that? I am attaching EC / SPI ROM in hopes that someone can help me clear it.
