Hi. I have a Dell Inspiron 5515 with no image and the fan running at maximum speed. I uploaded the BIOS file from post #16 and the image appeared. In the hex editor, I entered my ST, selected the 5515 model, and after reprogramming the chip, everything seemed to be OK. However, now when the laptop has been running for a while, the fan spins at maximum speed again, and when I restart it, it asks me to enter the ST and select the model every time. Looking at the factory bin file, it appears to be model 5415. Unfortunately, selecting 5415 or 5515 is the same, the BIOS does not remember the serial number. My ST: 7JVRGL3. In the attachments, I am including 3 BIOSes: my factory one, the one from #16 and the one from #16 modified with my ST. Please verify. The voltage on the RTC battery is 3.1V.

Hi everyone,
I'm working on a Dell G15 5515 (Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3050 Ti) and recently installed a compatible 4-zone RGB keyboard and controller (for Dell G15 5510/5511/5515 models). While the keyboard functions for typing, the RGB lighting is not detected by Alienware Command Center (AWCC), which displays “No AlienFX devices found.”
What I've Tried So Far:- Reseated the cables.
- Reinstalled AWCC and AlienFX services.
- Attempted BIOS downgrade but no improvement.
- Inspected ribbon cables for damage.
