The file isn't the correct size to what should be loaded. 16mb is the BIOS size.. RAR is 24mb

Your board has 2 BIOS chips, 8MB + 16MB. You need to cut a 24MB file into 8+16 in a HEX editor

Be sure to flash 2 chips!
