I got +3VS5 and +5VS5 but Power and Battery LED won't turn on, board cannot switch on.

Thank you for the reply and advices.
Yes I already did digging and trying the standard methods with no luck since my bios dump seems corrupted and I can't find suitable bios dump from others that exactly match my board model so I can edit it to match the need.
That's why I came here with hope.
