asus zenbook ux430 Bios password reset

My apologies if this is a duplicate post.

I have a laptop asus zenbook ux430 with a forgotten password… Reading here on the forum I saw that I need to make a bios backup and send it here for help.

Please advise me how to make a backup? can it be done software? and how to flash it back?
