Thanks for sharing. What are these 2 files for in your zip file?
        amiflashefi.nsh
AfuEfix64.efi (maybe for 25q80dvnjg chip? Not sure).

        Thanks again for sharing.
Ahh, after seeing this, https://pdfcoffee.com/how-to-update-...-pdf-free.html, the AfuEfix64.efi is a command line software run in uefi shell. How do you get into uefi shell.

            This is the result, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjXgEoP91As

It does not pass POST. It's boot looping. The Charger LED actually has a diagnostic LEDs which is pretty cool, too bad it's documentation not available. But in this case, obviously BIOS is not compatible most likely.

Try the P12RGE bios above. If it doesn`t work flash 1MB of zeros or FF`s to the PD FW chip from this post https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ware#post74354 .Try booting on battery only if there`s plenty of charge in it.If it boots to windows run the bios update exe ,and see if it will flash the firmware or not

I've tried this, the behaviour is same as original fault. After programming, with a full battery only, no charger connected, turned on, Samsung logo flashed 3 times over 2 minutes or so eventually turned on as usual, the same behaviour persists, starts into PD firmware update on a loop.

                          Hi mate,

Which is the PD Firmware chip?, is it the 25Q80DVNIG?

I marked the Windows serial number as XXXXX to protect the owner's device.

I`ll post some firmware for you to try later,i don`t know if it will work or not.

Alright, thanks, so I'm going to now write 0s into the 1mb chip and update you tomorrow.

Hi mate, it's the same result with these 2 test1/2 zip files. As mentioned before the same PD firmware update happens without this chip installed meaning most likely it's actually programing the PD chip that I've replaced. Looking at the sellers description and title shows that this is a programmable chip.

I believe this is the issue.

I've realised my mistake, my original chip was CYPD6228 not CYPD6227. Damn. I'll get new chip and try again. Sorry to have wasted all of your time team. Thank you.
