to generate correct password we need the date displayed on your prompt screen.

had an Asus M51V with bios password.
to reset it, remove the battery and boot it with just the AC power.
when it says NVRAM check, unplug AC power.
it will reset the non volatile memory in the bios.
put battery back in, plug AC back and the password will be gone!

for doing that you must remove the Cmos bat as well or it will have no sucess ,

I've been searching for hours, the zip file you linked to is the closest I've come. The earliest my BIOS can go is 2012/01/01 due to a start-up password, so I can't get into the OS. Does anyone have the code? Or a link for dates in 2012?

Below is the screenshot of the ASUS notebook I unlocked.

Bios date is: 07/10/09 so I tried couple of codes and one worked, I don't remember which one.

I first assumed it is the year/month/day like in TXT doc so the code for

2007-10-09 is 1AAAABAB and it didn't worked

Than i tried with month-day changed order

2007-09-10 which is AA2LBADB and also that didn't work

Than I tried with the year being the last 2 digits:

2009-07-10 - L11A0ADB

and again reversed month-day

2009-10-07 - 000LAALD

I got the code right from the third try but I don't remember the order I did.
This is only to help all of the users here to check the other variants of codes if they didn't do already.

Okay guys
i finally solved my prob by changing the bios date, and then i used a password from the list, but i didn't thought that the french keyboard will be a prob x)

so for azerty keyboards for 2002-01-02, press qlqq4qbq instead of alaa4aba
hope it will help someone :b
