I suspect on CPU caps. it power on, show toshiba logo, try to boot and crash.

at first try to change Dynamic to always low in bios>advance
if your laptop is booting maybe the problem is your proadlizer Caps
Reflow can solve your problem if your problem is your proadlizer caps before you remove and replace Tantalum Capacitors
