La-3541p bios

It is some kind of Forcebook laptop with a hannstar motherboard. I have tried everything to diagnose the fault but i got no where. It has separate VGA board (MXM2) so i tried with another one, all the coils have voltages, change the cpu and ram, hooked it up to an external monitor, flat cable disconnected. Still Bios code= "no" and QiGuan= "04F1".
I would try BIOS but i don't know from where to download the dump.

All other suggestions are highly appreciated.

search with mobo's model number and sometimes different brands using the same mobo. for example i use clevo bios files and schematics instead of casper and exper.

I searched on the sites i know of and the search came up empty.

How did you find this?
I tried to google la-3541p and compal and found out that Compal FL90 FL92 FT02 have those motherboards, but i cant download them from the compal site.

My EEPROM porgramator died on me. It does the strangest thing. Verify and write goes well, everything is OK, but when o solder the IC back onto the MOBO the laptop doesn't respond to the power button. I first thought that i did something wrong when i desoldered, and i didn't remove the battery, so on. But then the problem repeated on the CQ61 (common BIOS problem). I reprogram the BIOS, and the laptop is dead. No response what so ever to the power button. So i went to my friends, program the IC on his programmer, and everything works fine on the CQ61. Now i have to go to him with this board and this BIOS and try that. Thanks for the file. I will post feedback.
BTW The my programmer iz EZP2010.
