I tried bios-pw.org but the unlock code didn't work.

Sorry , are you sure that the unlock code from bios-pw.org didn't work !!

are you using a querty keyboard and press CTRL-ENTER !

yes i'm tried with 'enter' 'ctrl+enter' 'ctrl+2x enter'

also i tried with usb keyboard but it says 'invalid code'

Solved with second usb keyboard
