I flashed the s200e file quickly from another post, but I need to write the serial from the dump (ME region). If anyone can help me or create it for me, I would appreciate it.

The serial number (and other DMI info) can be copied from your bios backup to the new bios using a hex editor in a minute or two.Or,you can try the Asus DMI tools
