Dell Inspiron 7386 2-in-1 Corrupted Bios

Problem: bios corrupted - keyboard light, no screen light, fan starts when you turn the pc off
battery light - error code: 3 white 3 amber - recovery image not found
tried via usb with BIOS_IMG.rcv but recovery doesn't start

Thank you for your reply - are you sure this is the right thing to flash cause it's only 8mb vs 16mb bios. I also looked at the me info and are a lot different.

Flashed it yesterday evening - no sign of life, completely dead, no lights, no sounds.
Tried to start it this morning and came back from the dead after about 7 tries.
It still has an issue that I have no idea how to fix - when windows / dell / other program sends a reboot command the laptop turns off but doesn't restart. To start you have to remove cable + battery, insert cable again and it works.

ps - might be windows issue but i doubt

You had to let it run for 2-3mins. without turn it off. Try a bios update.
