hello thank you for the answer the problem what after updating windows 1O the computer stuck with a blue page error and the computer restarted after windows could not start it remained on a reboot all the time I tried to install windows 10 it still the same problem, I couldn't solve it with the USB key
after I disconnected the battery the computer started normally and when I reconnected the battery the problem remained the computer rebooted
