MSI GE72-6QR Apache Pro no boot on restart

My Gaming Notebook works great, but after Bios Update there is the problem that i can't do restart. Becaus on restart it hangs on MSI Logo, so no boot.
Shut down works good, i don't know which version the old bios was. Any ideas?
