I received a repair for a 9520 machine that was stuck on the Dell logo, so there was no Servicetag, and the parameters below the machine were blurred. Can someone please help?

The device displays the Dell logo and flashes 3 yellow 6 white, perhaps my problem is that the original bios is missing, the customer has already taken it to another place for repair, thank you very much.

Hello dear friend, thank you very much for your help.
After the test, the password was removed, but my nVMe is no longer detected, and I can't deactivate Absolute.
                                See attached photos.
