*sigh* I think i made things worse now. Now when I plug in the charger without battery the charging led stays off (?), FN light is on and power button unresponsive. What should I do?

I tried to buy new chips from Ebay, but the machine will not boot when I solder them on.

Is it possible to remove the password from the original chips?

I have attached Bios and EC dump

Good day!
Please, can you help me with Bios dumps for laptop HP Elitebook 850 G8, mainboard 6050A3216701.
Laptop came to me with no start, was soldering both EEprom ICs, serial numbers in readed dump are not same with real, labeled on body. So, original dumps are lost. I've tryied to flash some dumps from this forum, laptop starts with no image, and led blinking.
Is it possible to get clean dumps to this mainboard?
