Bios version GKCN59WW same as in your bios backup to avoid any versions incompatibility with DMI transferred:

Computer turns on with only keyboard light, no image.

Lenovo Legion 7 16achg6 s/n PF30C3Z0

Keyboard lights come on, Fans spin for a split second, Esc/fn lock light stays on the whole time. No display. It is charging and i have power light, It post loops in a sense as it will wait a minute then spin fans again then stop then fans again.

Unfortunately same symptoms although have caps lock light now as well. I've attached pic and a video.

bios is extracted from update with your DMI transferred. Let it run 2-3 mins, if doesn't work look for hardware fault. Put just one RAM module, remove SSD and wifi, battery.

I've tried running it for around 5 mins with nothing connected apart from charger and 1 ram module

Keyboard lights up up fans spin for 3 seconds
Lights go out after a minute or so then fans kick in and the cycle repeats, all while having no display.
I'm not really sure where to start to be honest.
