thank you for response but i think
that the bin that you shared can't solve the problem. I ve tried also with two bin from this
forum but the laptop didn't power on. Just the led charge blinking orange when i press
power switch

I desoldered a chip which is under the battery for my suddenly dead Inspiron model as in the thread, but it seems that it is just a 16MB chip. Does this work or I must find and read the 32MB chip?
I have uploaded it if somebody could fix it by 16MB chip here uploaded

Try this 32MB bios. The 128Mb (16MB) chip is for the security controller daughter board.
