I updated bios with lenovo update before backup, rollback was enabled, computrace are enabled too, admin password are clean, i mean ask for password at "F1" key press, just type enter and go to bios but i cant modify anything, i cant disable tmp and secureboot to install S.O., i dont know if this extra info helps in any way :c, with a few tries of files from here the password at "F1" screen was not "nothing to write" just press enter no more...Leave a comment:

by to5it0Need Clean BIOS/EC Bin File for Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e - Stuck with 0275 Error CMS
Hello everyone,
I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.
This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.
I have opened the laptop and identified the main BIOS chip...2 Photos-

by maesonHi dear Badcaps-Community,
Somehow an auto update, which I triggered before I left my laptop unattended, bricked my BIOS.
I was able to extract the 2MB BIOS and 16MB BIOS which I will attend. (CH341B black with NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.10)
The Device is a Lenovo Yoga L13 Gen3 and I was able to identify the following specifications:
Lenovo Yoga L13 Gen 3 AMD:
Lenovo Modell: Type 21BB
Artikelnr.21BB006GGE
Seriennummer: PW0A6207
AMD Ryzen™ 5 PRO 5675U
Memory 16 GB DDR4-3200MHz
SSD: 512 GB SSD, M.2 2242, PCIe Gen4, TLC,...-

by DiddiAbRecently I used the official Lenovo bios updater software on my ThinkBook 13s G3 ACN (20YA0005GE). The updating process failed and I got a black screen after powering the device. Of course I did not make an own backup before using the Lenovo bios updater.
I bought a CH341A programmer and was able to make a connection to the chip while it is still soldered on board. But I did not realise that the chip was a 16MB size and selected the wrong size (8Mbit / 1 MByte) before reading the content of my chip. So the dump I did before erasing the chip is only 1MByte big. I fear that I lost...-

by WahazHello,
I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....-

by beogeekI've currently got a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 14APU8 that is not posting. Its fan spins, the keyboard lights up, and the caps lock doesn't work. It was taken to some shop for cleaning, and then they updated or tried to update the bios. After that, there was no display and no post. I've removed the bios ic from the board and made a bios dump. I need some assistance going forward, as I suspect this is probably just a bad bios issue. I've tried searching for a dump, but no luck; if anyone can throw me a bone, it would be much appreciated!
Attached is the bios dump in the state I received it...-
