    hp 8440p password

    Hello, can someone please help me with this bios, it has admin pass
    hp unlocker corupts the dump (no start)
    rc unlocker trows an erorr (byte.....)
    i read it from bios chip about 4 times.

    ignore the error and write the bios like this, it will work..

        try.. if it doesn't work, it means that you wrote the bios with errors... and write the bios back on the chip with the password and see what happens..

          hi and thank you, i forgot that the bios chip model has to be programed in the bios file.......
          i used diferent bios chips than the original one..... (25q64vfsig insted of 25q60bv)
          on newer laptop models this is not a problem but this is old.........
          so thanks again peste
