Alienware M15 Ryzen Edition R5 bios

New member here, long time watcher, I have a Alienware,Service Tag 64S3RF3 M15 R5,

After a windows updade it rebooted with no video on HDMI or screen,

Could someone who had copied the bios.bin file and uploaded it here please help me identify exactly which chip is the main bios.

Hi, I removed the bois chip and tried to reprogram it, however I think I need the Service Tag in the file, I tried to insert the Tag but i'm having problems.

The board is a LA-k453p Rev 1.0
its a Ryzen CPU.
Model number P109F -M15 R5
Service tag - 64S3RF3

would someone be kind enough to embed my service tag into
a bios.bin

Hi,
The backup i made did not seem to copy correctly, I think because i was not using the reader correctly.
Attached is a be bin file i downloaded from here, one of your's where i used a hex editor to find and replace the service tag number.

As the title says my power button has a issue, it only shows blue I've contacted Dell which led no where the service tag is 2YPR0H3 If ny one has a way to update it's firmware/bios I would appreciate it.

Thread merged..next time please look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread.

You MUST:

• Read BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools
• Try the method at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools before requesting help
• Explain you were not able to succeed with the methods at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools
• Use search function in case someone already answered your request
• Post under a related thread if it exists
• Provide the full machine model number, serial number (or Service tag, SNID) and the board model number (see https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=88758 ) ,The serial number, make, full model number, motherboard model and revision (except QR codes) must be written/typed at your request as per the rules. Not as a picture, part of the file name and so on.
