hi my bios is limited to charge battery at 60% you can fix it.

model Alienware M15 R5, LA-K453P REV 1.0
service tag: 3JLTSD3

NOTE: I have a bios main code equivalent to the machine name g15-5515 that can fully charge the battery but the problem is not receiving the key

Try this one. Its the latest bios version, if it doesn`t work try the one posted by volinakis https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...97#post3284997 . Check your keyboard ribbon cable,you might have bent some pins over.
