The screen is black and i have 3 orange led blinking and 6 White led blinking.
I flash with the bios of hardware1 and not work.
I flash with bios download in internet. It's ok but i have bad serial number and model.
I have a message tpm device is not detected.

Hello,

I have an Inspiron 5593 (LA-J081P) that came in for no post. I grabbed both BIOS sets from a good Inspiron 5593 and flashed this one. Computer is working now. However, on every boot the error message "Alert! TPM device is not detected" comes up. I flashed the BIOS to the very first bios from 2019 and I am still getting the same error. I am going to inspect SIO for any loose pins.

If that doesn't work, I would have to assume it's the TPM chip itself is either loose or dead. On the schematic TPM chip is showing as NPCT750JABYX. Can someone kindly point out the location of the chip on the motherboard?

Also, I see lots of NPCT750 chips available locally. They are marked for ASUS. Would I be able to use this chip on Inspiron 5593? Thank you.

I am still having "Alert! TPM is not detected" error message pop up on the screen. I already replaced the bios file 4 times from different machines and the error is not going away. So, I don't think the issue with BIOS. Someone posted the schematics but I don't think it belongs to this particular model. The TPM chip NPCT750JABYX mentioned is not anywhere on the motherboard. I did find it, though on Inspiron 3511 motherboard.

Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of this error message? Thanks.

Anyone has any clues why I am still getting "Alert! TPM is not detected" error? This motherboard doesn't have a dedicated TPM chip. I am just curious if TPM info is stored with the EC chip.
