Hello everyone, please help me. My laptop Dell Latitude 5521 with my BIOS it does not turn on, the charge indicator lights up yellow and that's it. There is no start. I tried other BIOS with the form, there is a reaction to the button but no image. Please help!

Hello friend, I thank you for your concern. With this BIOS in the laptop there is a reaction to the power button. But the laptop turns on and off and so on in a circle!

Hello try this file should not work I would check the hardware. I would suspect that it is not due to the BIOS.
