Why do you think it's bios issue !!

There's 3 differents one ( look at the picture ) and try the clean one

laptop it's default usb booting.
installing first part of windows finish and restart.
after restart.
same issue again show logo then on and of screen.

Search for the word $Revision with HxD , the platform ID is FD
