Can someone rebuild these bios files please.

Im just getting keyboard to flash, and then loops.

Thanks for this. The laptop now powers on and image is external only. I get the 2,7 flash code, indicating display failure.

Could this be another bios issue ?

I have a Dell Precision 3510 that gives Led Code 2-4. The device was with another technician, and it is clear that the BIOS was reprogrammed, so I reprogrammed it with another file... He canceled the LED code, but the fan ran at maximum speed without any data after restarting three times.
Could the problem be in the BIOS?
The BIOS attachment gives the LED Code
Can someone help me?
