hp 15-ba073nc bend middle pin on charger touch 19V pin, now have VIN but no start

hello.
Have this hp 15-ba073nc LA-D711P that have bend middle pin on charger and he touch 19V pin, now have VIN but no start and no charging. 3.3V on start button is present but no reaction to stat.

i have 1.2V on middle pin on board connector

any hint what can break?

Dont know wtf is going on but i replaced PD1 which measures good both pins 700OHM and now charging and starting. ID pin voltage goes to 0.65V. Consumption is 0.25W and after few seconds go to 0.10W. BUT when i connect keyboard again nothing works and consumption is still 0.35W

is there something bad with EC?

Normally when ID pin touches 19V-EC gets damaged. So worth replacing the EC.

Funny thing is that owner dont tell me that keayboard was defective before, so EC works fine.
