hi guys.i have problem with alienware 13 r1.Basically its running ok as long as it is on power supply and i dont put it on sleep(if put it on sleep it wont wake up just freeze and need to do hard shut down),if running only on battery than it freeze straight away on account login screen.
But if i disable nvidia gpu and running only on intel hd graphics than no problems at all.
Look like laptop previously have been overclocked as base speed is 2.4ghz but should be only 1.7ghz and if i try disable overclocking in bios nothing changes.
i tried to adjust power managment setting in windows and even tried to change battery to more powerfull one but same issues
my guess is that if its been overclocked in past than now its using too much power and in start up it not enough power from battery to start up system but dont understand why it wont load back from sleep even on psu
tried to flash bios as well but no luck,tried different drivers for nvidia but same
