a1278 green light with power not charging help

hi there i have a macbook pro a1278 which is not charging it has green light power no amber or charging. i already replace charging ic but still not charging. i know i have missed something. here i found out that the output voltage from the battery connector has 11v and drops to 0.47v

1) post or link the schematics for the logic board if on this forum.

2) post the exact part number for your logic board. It should be of a 820-xxxx format.

3) is the battery a known good battery? Often, the battery is the fault.

4) locate the battery connector. Meter in dc volts mode. Measure the voltage of each pin to ground. Post each measurement. Attach the battery for these readings.

Post the other voltages on the battery connector.

Do not attach the battery yet. Use only the power adapter.
