MacBook Air A2681 M2 not power on , only green light of webcam

Hello every one, i have bought macbook air M2 but not power on,
try shift + option + control + power -> the webcam green light is on but not thing happen.
anyone have ideas of this ?

Cap C83B1 is shorted to ground and all the caps on that area, so the caps are not blown, the area in question is PP1V05_S2SW_VDD2H,
voltage to ground of PPBUS_AON is 12V

What is the exact resistance to ground in ohms of PP1V05_S2SW_VDD2H? No power to the board during resistance checks.

To me, this rail does not look to be shorted.

Measure the resistance to ground of all other inductors on the board. Compare the inductors to their voltage values shown in the schematics. If there is too low of a resistance, that rail is a suspect for the root cause of this board not powering up.
