I have a Samsung np770z7e that turns on but only black screen !
Does someone have any clue what it might be ?

Backlight voltage OFF ?

Backlight voltage could be off if the lid sensor is not working. Just some typical scenarios that are also common to the macbook and other laptops.

Are you able to see any of the expected screen graphics using a flashlight or phone as a torch when applied from the front face of the display ?

First make sure your mb is posting. Attach a usb keyboard and see if numlock light glows. If not, you have problem in mb power sequence and/or some rail is undervoltage or missing. In this scenario, it'll have nothing to do with screen and/or LVDS circuit.
