Acer E5-574G No power, No Charging help needed

Board Model is DA0ZRWMB6GO REV:G and I found 19V on PQ22 and Gate has no voltage. Is that mosfet problem? Sorry for my bad english.

Start with carefully checking the voltages on each pin of charger IC at PU5 (BQ24780SRUYR). Post your measurements.

      Pin 4 - 0.06 - 0.09V
      Pin 6 - 2.64V
      Pin 14 - 0.39V
      Pin 17 - 0.14V
      Pin 18 - 0.06V
      Pin 19 - 0.14V
      Pin 20 - 0.14V
      Pin 24 - 6.06V
      Pin 25 - 5.74V
      Pin 26 - 0.14V
      Pin 27 - 0.14V
      Pin 28 - 19.31V
      And the rests are 0V

PQ22 is probably defective but confirm it with resistance checks.

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

Check the resistance across the mosfet:

        Source (1-2-3) and drain (5-6-7-8)
        Source and gate (4)
        Gate and drain

Post each measurement. If the resistance is low, the mosfet is defective.

PQ22 is a very typical mosfet and can be replaced with many others.

          Sorry for my late response ;

Source and Gate - 4.35 MΩ
Source and Drain - 00.85 MΩ

            Measure also

            Gate and drain

If there is no unexpected Short around PU5 you should proceed with replacing it (PU5).
