I was able to find similar motherboard. So I started this project again. What I noticed in this new Motherboard is bios chip is missing and also some paths damaged. So I soldered my old bios chip and also I fixed the paths as well. I was able to verify all the damaged paths using boardview file. BIOS chip paths are okay now.
Now when I connect power adapter nothing happens but when I power up using my DC power Supply, It turns on.Fan is spinning and power LED also turn on. (but AC Adapter LED not working) after 30 seconds It suddenly turn off and power up again within 2-3 seconds. I notice this happen every 30 seconds.
Not only that, When I test CAPSLED# signal I see its blinking 3 times. (normaly the value is high and it goes to 0 three times. after a delay again three times)
Whats wrong with this? I tested memory modules also. I can confirm they are working.

this machine came to me as DOA and immediately found the issue as a 12v short to ground. Is it okay to inject voltage into that rail or does it have a potential path to the cpu or something? -
Subject is a blank screen issue in HP Envy 17-3290NR 3D version laptop with motherboard Louis V1.1 6050A2489901 MB-A02. Production year is 2012. This one is a 2nd hand motherboard which I could use it for few months only. Suddenly no output from the internal display and also no signal from HDMI port then Windows out of order after few boots.
Caps lock working normally and no HP's caps-lock warning blinks. Making a hard reset and replacing the RAM sticks or using different slots didn't help.
Fans are spinning. Blindly could install windows11 and got the device manager... -

hello everyone , working zebronics power suply 450 watts , 5v ,3.3v givin short to ground black wire, also in circuit at output, resistor was charred but shows right values , after removing resistors 39ohms, 51 ohms, there was no short , no continuity beeps with ground , but after replacing new resistors (now i am not switching it on) ,again short still exists . when i put bigger ohm resistor like 100k ohm , no short beeping sound comes , lower ohm resistor gives continuity beeps ,other big ones donest , as its a working psu , i am confused what to remove now or how to go further now .
