ASUS X550VX need help to repair

ASUS X550VX
First of all was possible to start with start button, but at the same time, the main voltages on the processor were absent. There was no start.
There is voltage on the SPI and DDR memory.
The multicontroller IT 8995 is powered.
I decided to replace the firmware with SPI. I tried all the firmware that I could find on the forums.
Now, when power is applied, four LEDs are lit, but it does not go any further. There is no more reaction to the start button.
I returned the original SPI firmware, but nothing has changed.
I don't have a programmer for the multicontroller IT 8995
Please help, what steps can I take? Could this be a problem with the multicontroller?

You must give us all the voltages found when popwer button is trigger .

Before changing IO you must see if his requirements are present or no .

With diode mode -no power no battery - give us all the measurements taken from all grey coil.
