How old is the battery? # of charge cycles?
Does the battery charge with the adapter?
If in doubt, test with a known good battery. -

Hi mon2 thanks for the reply The battery is new eg about 4 weeks it is charging The device turns on when connected to charger but not on battery When running it will continue when charger is removed I just do not know where to look for the fault Thanks Again CarlComment
