    X453ma rev 2.0 no display

    Board taking 115mA
    I already Flashed the bios same issue

    PM_PWROK_SOC- 3.2V
    ME-SUSPWRDNACK- 0V
    AC_IN_OC# 0V
    PM_PWROK 3.2V
    +1.0VSUS0 1.V
    PM_SUSC# 3.1V
    PM_SUSB# 3.1V
    CORE_PWRGD 2.9V
    +3VA_EC 3.3V
    EC_RST# 3.2V
    PLT_RST# 3.2V
    5VSUS_ON 3.3V maybe this is the issue?
    3VSUS_ON 3.3V
    ME_ACPRESENT_SOC 1.5V also this?
    +1.5vs_PWRGD 2.7V also this is not normal?
    ALL_SYSTEM_PWRGD 3.2V
    PM_RSMRST# 3.3V
    +1.05VS_PWRGD 3.3V

    Hope someone can help me on how to solve this type of issues\\

      Measure all the rails as per sequence on Pg3 of Repair guide. Check Powergood signals one by one. Since board is taking 115mA, most of the rails are likely to be present as this mb posts at about 140-160mA but should go upto 220-240mA during post.

                          with ram and without ram equal 110 amps

                          the ram is already tested to other unit and perfectly fine

                              Hi there,

                              I have this ASUS X453MA Laptop that's not turning on. When I plug in the charger, the green light just keeps on blinking and pressing the power button does nothing.

                              I have checked the charger and it is giving 19+ V

                              I have disconnected the battery and pressed power button for 30 seconds.

                              I tried another RAM stick.

                              Tried disconnecting the keyboard and touchpad.

                              Tried disconnecting the HDD and the wifi adapter.

                              The problem persists.

                              Hope you could help me out on this one. Thank you.

                              I brought an Asus X453MA into the workshop, its owner tells me that it doesn't work on battery despite having replaced it with a new one and that it's making noise. I diagnose and find, firstly, that the fan is constantly running at full speed. Secondly, that the computer works on battery but there's no backlight when the charger is not connected. I look at the screen connector because I see that the adhesive is not holding. I observe that there probably was a short circuit.                               Hi all
                              Iv'e been working on asus x453ma that only turn on when the ac adapter connected
                              The battery itself was fine

                              So this is what happen
                              -plugged ac adapter
                              -trigger power button
                              -laptop turning on
                              -unplug the ac adapter
                              Laptop still on with battery
                              -without ac adapter
                              -trigger power button
                              And nothing happens

                              Have no idea what is going on
                              Charging sistem still works when laptop is turning on
                              And also when battery reach 100% the charging indicator still red. It should turn white/green...

                              hi friends, I want to ask for help to solve my new problem on this ASUS X453MA REV 2.0 mobo, when I connect the charger the power light can turn on but the charging light is not on (battery condition is not installed) and the current shows remains at 0v, I've done flash bios but the case persists, and I've checked on all coils everything is okay, including the vcc coil, and after I search on the 3v&5v block alw it turns out +3VS doesn't show up it only shows 0.110mV in pq9108 on board view.

                              and my question is, where does this +3VS voltage come from?

                              acin : 19v (pin1)
                              acdrv: 4.02v (pin4) unstable
                              sda: 2.5v(pin8)
                              regn: 6.2v(pin16)
                              vcc: 19v(pin20)
