Lenovo g70-80 burning +3V ic. +3VL keeps 300mA instead of 100mA

Hello.
Have this Lenovo g70-80 that have burning +3V ic and no +3VALW. +3VL keeps sucking 300mA instead of 100mA.
When i unconnect +3VL and inject 3V, it eats 300mA, but laptop works

Where can be problem? Is EC get more STBY current?

i tracked that VCCRTC suck those current

offcourse i find edge of PCH burning. offcourse intel cpu
