Often the problem on this mb with no display is DRAMRST# signal being either zero or pulled low to 0.4v-0.6v. So measure voltage on ram slot pin30 and report back. Your multimeter probe should be sharp and hand not shaky.However, if my observation is correct, your southbridge is faulty.

On The Ram slot. Look for pin marked as"2" and start counting from there. Pins are lcounted like 2-4-6-8 and so on. So it will be 15th pin if you count pin marked"2" from start.
