I'm working on a HP 11-AB X360 fitted with a LA-E341P motherboard. It powers on for about 3 secs and shuts off. No schematics for these boards.
There's no 1.8V present on pin 8 of the BIOS IC - dead short to ground on this pin. Thermal camera shows that IC U4113 is getting hot. I removed it and the BIOS IC, but short is in the CPU unfortunately. Confirmed with voltage injection and thermal camera.
Would like to know what this IC is though for future reference. Only thing on it 8353 128B. The bottom number is a batch number as it differs between boards.
EDIT: It's a 25 pin 5x5 BGA IC. Everything I've found so far is in a different package.
