HP 15-n087ez - DAOU82MB6D0 REV:D - Loop ON and OFF

Hello Guys

I have this laptop and i am trying to repair.
i am using the original charger and the battery is charging and have the orange light. i did try another bios and replace the ram but didn´t help.

so i remove the board the check some things...
check the short to ground on the coils and none of them are
- PL9_375ohms, - PL10_42.9ohms, - PL8_43.1ohms, - PL15_96.4ohms, -PL13_180ohms, - PL21_362ohms

after press power button +3vs5 and +5vs5 are present, then i check for the signals mainon, suson and vron and all them goes up and down they are not stable.
without any ideas i have a small cheap osciloscope and i was checking each coil when the board start and these are the results.... PL9 1.54v, PL10 0.97v, PL8 0.97v, PL15 1.78v. PL13 1.05v, PL21 1.46v.

once again without ideas i start to lift up some coils to see if any of the power suplies stays up and after i lift PL13 the board stays on and the gpu is a bit worm. pl15 vcore have no and pl13 aswell all the other have power.

in the coil pl13 i did inject 1v with board of and consumes around 0.12a and with the board on consumes around 0.24a.

now i am trying to find what is causing this.

hi

so with lifted coil i have 0v on pin4, and with coil back in place the voltage goes up and down once the board goes on and off.
but i got some times around 1.9v, 3.1v
