B560 (LA56 10203-1) No S5_ENABLE

hi guys
i have a motherboard here that doesn't turn on
there is no 3.3V and 5V
i couldn't find b560 schematic or boardview and work on b460
as i find it was like this:
S5_ENABLE = 0V
RSMRST # _KBC = 3.3V
COVER_SW # = 3.3V
RSMRST # _KBC = 3.3V

any idea where should i check?

+3V LDO is there?? There will be no voltage on 3/5V coils as S5_EN is missing. This signal comes from SIO and SIO requires +3V ldo for powering on. So check +3V LDI os there or not.
