Dell n4110 no display

hi friend, I hope someone can take the time to help me solve the problem on this dell n4110 motherboard, in this case this motherboard won't turn on and just the led power is turning on when using RAM, even though I've measured on PL9 the voltage comes out 1.5v

Do you have votage on all the coils. Can you toggle capslock on external usb keyboard. Goes the led on and off froms capslock when you toggle it.?

on all coils are normal and voltage out.

capslock on an external keyboard can work fine but the fan won't turn and there's no display

Give us more informations !
1 - Did you try another good known ram
2 - Did you try another bios
3 - Post all the voltages at grey coil
4 - DRAMRST# present !

thanks friend, this problem has been solved, I was suspicious of the vga, finally I decided to convert it from gpu to gfx, and this problem is solved.
