    MacBook Air 2020 A2337 Touchpad SMD

    Hi, I just got a touchpad for my MacBook Air 2020. A2337! Unfortunately, I have now seen that 2 SMD parts have broken out and I have no data and do not know what values the SMD have. Does someone have the data or can they tell me what exactly they are for SMD? Then I can take it from another board. I hope you can see the missing parts in the pictures. thank you

      Hello all!

      Recently I've got a broken Macbook Air M1 2020 A2337 of eBay with a broken screen and not turning on issue.

      After some tinkering I've found C5201 capacitor to be blown. This is where I hit a wall since I am a total noob in this area and have no idea what else to look for. C5201 is on one line with 3 more capacitors which visually seem ok, but beep on continuity mode and also both sides of all capacitors beep when tested with ground from the board. This to me sounds like a short, but I am not able to find what component is before the capacitors to test it....

      Hi there guys. This is my first post on this forum and my first attemp to fix a problematic board. Ill give you a litle pre history of the device. The Macbook was powering on but it wasnt charging (it was showing an X sign on the battery icon) i went to my local apple authorised repair centre and they told me that they tried with a new battery and charging port but the issue was still there so they said its a board issue.       Hi guys i am new to macbook repairs (i mostly do microsoldering on iphones and android devices. I need your assistance with macbook a1706 (touchbar edition) that came in without touchpad and keyboard functionality. External keyboard and mouse does work but the keyboard and touchpad on the macbook does not work. I changed the touchpad flex, also replaced the touchpad but the issue persisted.       Hi all! MacBook Air A2337. There are no traces of liquid or obvious damage, the motherboard is visually in perfect condition. The image is displayed on the external screen, but only the backlight works on the internal screen. There is no image, and the camera on the built-in screen does not work. How to exclude during diagnostics that it is the screen that is broken and not the motherboard? What signals should be present on the connector with the screen removed and connected?

      Hey! As the title says. i don't know if this is the right place to ask but i need to get trusted USB C Controllers (CD3217-CD3215) For macs and dont know where to get them. i dont know if you guys know where is a good place to get it.
