    hp 255 g7
    Motherboard
    FPP55 LA-G07JP
    Rev;2.0
    2019-04-19
When changing the RAM memory, the problem started.
    The ram has been changed
    I shipped the bios

That's normal. DDR4 uses both 1.2V (VDDQ) and 2.5V (VPP) supplies. Look up the LED codes for HP to determine your error. 5 flashes is either 2,3 or 3,2 codes I'd say so look up the codes.

        Consumption on dc supply
        01.With ram
        02.Without ram

        DRAMRST# present??

          I got this ((:3.2
          Hardware
The embedded controller times out waiting for BIOS to return from memory initialization.
Reseat the memory. See the section Reseating memory modules in a notebook for more information.
If reseating the memory does not resolve the problem, try replacing the memory modules. You might also consider contacting support for repair due to ((a possible RAM or system board failure.

Changing the memory with a new unit did not change anything

I had this on an Elitebook 850 G3. Apparently the fault was intermittent leading up to it, and the RAM was certainly ok. Fault was regardless of slot used and the slots appeared physically ok too (sometimes you get bug shit on a few pins that can cause issues). As I don't have schematics for that one, the board has ended up a donor.

If consumption with/without ram is same, system is not reading ram. This can happen due to many reasons. Following should be checked.
01.Flash known good bios with clean me.
                  02.Check Ram IC Requirement
                  03.Check ram slot under microscope.
04.If the ram is onboard, it could be bad.Try disabling it.
                  05.could be pch fault.
