Lenovo G40-30 NM-A311 will not stay ON with Ram inserted

Hi, I have two Lenovo G40-30 motherboards NM-A311 with same issue. Turns on for for only 5 seconds and shuts down when Ram is inserted in the slot. It however stays ON without Ram.

These voltages are present with and without ram:
3VALW/5VALW present
1.0VALW present
VCORE 0.98V present
1.35V ram supply present
VTT 0.675V present
Ram SCL and CLK 3.3v Present

I have inspected the RAM slot under microscope and it is OK, I have flashed the main BIOS.
What else should I check? TIA

Ue1 = Pin 72 = Adapte ID

Most of the times its bad SIO.

Most of the times its bad SIO.

ADAPTER_ID shouln't be 3.3v ,i suggest to verify this voltage before trying changing I/O...Try on another power supply.

It was indeed a bad SIO. I replaced it and now the motherboard is working fine! Thank you very much
