MacBook Air 13" A2179 ODD ISSUE

Turns on, works, goes into internet recovery and loads up the internet recovery to get the OS ready to load. Once it gets to the end it shows the Apple logo and it flashes and then the folder shows up after that. This computer does this ALL the time now. For some odd reason it will not load the OS up in internet recovery, it downloads, gets to the end, then shows the Apple logo when it reaches the end and it turns the screen off and back on and the flashing folder is displayed.

    Anyone come across this issue?

Also DFU mode was used to recover the computer and it works and recovers it, its just odd that it wont load the OS from internet recovery. Since this is a T2 machine I cannot load a USB installer until I get a OS installed with a user name etc.

The flashing folder means that the drive is empty or that it cannot see the drive.

Check the voltage rails for the SSD.

Noticed tons of flux near the U4770 area it was the SSD NAND voltage regulator. I am going to throw it in the cleaner and see if that solves the problem. Board does turn on etc. But seems to be a problem loading the internet recovery OS once it downloads it. Forces it into flashing folder mode after it downloads it.
