HP 250 G5/BDL50 LA-D704P Rev 4.0 Water damage

Hi

I have this notebook with liquid damage (see picture).

After cleaning the marked areas notebook turns on when pressing the power button and the fan spins for about 8 seconds and stops then, but the display does not come on.

The battery charges when it is attached (LED turns orange), but won´t start from battery.

When on these coils have:

PL202 = 16,81v
PL602 = 1,021v
PL1206 = 0v
PL1205 = 0v
PL1203 = 0v
PL11 = 1,209v
PL9 = 3,385v
PL8 = 5,08v

I only have the schematics for BDL50 LA-D704P Rev 3.0 so i am kind of lost.

Can anybody give a little help?
